The Rusty Putter - within walking distance
Located across the street from Las Mañanitas, adjacent to the children's
park. With grat family style dining and plenty of televisions for sporting
events, the Rusty Putter has meals for all tastes from sushi to steak,
with a friendly locals atmosphere. Also, when you catch fish (and you
will) drop it off at the restaurant during the afternoon with the number
of guests in your dinner party. Mention that you are staying at Las Mañanitas

Mexican cuisine at its best. A welcoming candlelit, rustic ambience creating

Rosy's Fish Tacos - GOOD cheap
If you come to Los Cabos and don't taste Rosy's Tacos, then you haven't
experienced the true flavor of San Jose. A really longtime favorite of
the locals, Fish tacos (fish of the day, shrimp, scallops) accompanied
with a do-it-yourself rustic buffet it's the best way to start knowing
the cuisine of this great town!
Tropicana
A landmark restaurant, bar and hotel in San Jose on Boulevard Mijares
has been a haven for expats throughout the years. The Tropicana has daily
happy hours and live entertainment most evenings. With the feel of the
old Mexico, you can enjoy a great ambience at a good price. Very well
known in San José.
